Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before registering for the Africa – Canada Business Forum.
Registration for the Africa – Canada Business Forum is open to individuals and businesses. All registrations must be completed through our online registration form. Payment for registration must be made in full to confirm your attendance. No refunds will be issued after the payment has been processed.
We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, and other specified payment methods. You will be prompted for payment details during the registration process.
The event schedule is subject to change. Biashara Africa reserves the right to modify the event date, location, or content due to unforeseen circumstances. In case of significant changes, registered attendees will be notified promptly.
Attendees are expected to behave professionally during the event. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund.
Biashara Africa is not responsible for any personal injuries, losses, or damages to property during the event. Attendees are responsible for their own safety and belongings during the event.
By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, recorded, and/or filmed. These images or recordings may be used by Biashara Africa for promotional purposes, including on websites, social media, and marketing materials.
All personal and business information provided during registration will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your details with third parties without your consent.
If you are unable to attend the event after completing your registration, please inform us as soon as possible. Cancellations made up to 30 days before the event may receive a partial refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are not eligible for a refund. Biashara Africa reserves the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case full refunds will be provided to registered attendees.
Biashara Africa shall not be held liable for any delays, cancellations, or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, strikes, natural disasters, or technical issues. In the event of a force majeure situation, we will inform registered attendees promptly and may offer alternative arrangements if possible.
By registering for the Africa – Canada Business Forum, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions set forth by Biashara Africa. Your participation in the event implies acceptance of these terms and your consent to be bound by them.
All materials provided at the event, including presentations, handouts, and digital content, are the intellectual property of the respective presenters and Biashara Africa. Attendees are prohibited from recording, reproducing, or distributing event materials without the prior written consent of the organizer.
Businesses or individuals interested in advertising or sponsoring the event must adhere to the guidelines and approval processes established by Biashara Africa. Any promotional activities conducted during the event must be approved in advance. Unauthorized advertisements or promotions during the event may result in removal from the event space.
Attendees must adhere to all health and safety protocols established by local health authorities and Biashara Africa during the event. This includes wearing masks, social distancing, and any other measures in place at the time of the event. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in removal from the event without a refund.
